Author Guidelines By submitting your article(s) to us;

1. You declare that you are the sole owner and author of the article and own 100% of all copyrights pertaining to it.You may not submit articles written by other authors and the content must be unique.
No rebranded articles allowed, you must be the sole copyright holder for each article you submit. Articles written by a ghost writer are perfectly acceptable as long as they are being used only by yourself.
By submitting your articles to SpiderCow Articles, you grant us the right to publish your articles - We may publish your article anywhere on our website, blog, network, or syndicate through RSS.

2. Your submission to SpiderCow Articles gives unconditional permission for us to publish your article on the website and if featured, it may be distributed to our SpiderCow Articles Ezine, RSS feed, and to our real-time email alerts members.

3. Your submission to SpiderCow Articles also gives unconditional permission for your articles to be reprinted in other ezines, websites and print publications. We ask publisher(s) to follow our reprint rules as stated below, but you acknowledge that the enforcement of our terms of service for publishers is at your risk and cost and not ours. In other words, if someone violates your copyright -- it will be 100% up to you to take legal action against those who abuse your copyright to protect your interests. If you do not agree to these terms, do not submit your articles.

4. It is the SpiderCow Articles Team's sole decision as to whether your article is published and for how long. There are no guarantees made that your article(s) will be published. Quality matters.
We reserve the right to remove your article(s) and/or membership account at any time for any reason.

5. The SpiderCow Articles Editorial Team reserves the right to re-classify your article in a topic category that may be more suitable than originally submitted.

6. You acknowledge that we do not pay for submissions to our directory and we do not require publishers to pay you for their use of your article.
The primary reason for submitting your article to our directory is for the chance to be picked up by ezine publishers or webmasters to be reprinted to their respective audiences.
While our directory receives many tens of thousands of unique visitors monthly, there are no guarantees your article will be reprinted by anyone.

7. SpiderCow Articles is advertiser supported. We reserve the right to publish ads on the same pages as your articles.

8. If your article does not conform to the SpiderCow Articles editorial guidelines, our editors may edit your article so that it does conform to the posted editorial guidelines. Please read our editorial guidelines before submitting your articles to save time and speed the article approval process.

9. You declare that you will not send in any articles with affiliate links in them. We reject articles with direct affiliate links. It is ok, however, to include a domain name that you own that forwards to an affiliate link. This is one of our many article quality standards.

10. You may include up to three URLs in the author bio. If you wish to make your URLs hyperlink, you will need to use href html code. General Issues: SpiderCow Articles reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

11. ALL articles must be written in English.

12. By submitting your article to SpiderCow.com you agree to give us the right to edit your article and strip out promotional content (such as but not limited to: your site's links and domain) inserted in the body. SpiderCow.com is only interested in valid, informational and quality ezine articles and not promotional articles.

13. You have to submit your valid email address for the purpose of receiving feedbacks from readers using our 'email the author' feature. We will never sell and give out your email unless required by law.

14. Your article is comprehensively checked for foul and invalid content. We reserve the right to either publish or reject your article upon submission.

15. SpiderCow Articles does not fully guarantee that your article/s will be published in our site. We do not allow articles that contain only advertising content and articles that we find invalid. An article could be invalid if it contains: foul, hate, racism, SPAM and other forms of bad content.

16. We also reserve the right to re-categorize your article if it fits in another category.

17. By submitting your articles to SpiderCow Articles, you grant others the right to publish your articles - Other SpiderCow Articles users have the right to publish your articles on their websites, in their newsletters or ezines, and more as long as the article is left in the original state.
This includes the resource box which provides you credit as the author of the content.

Submitting an article in no ways guarantees inclusion in our directory - We reserve the right to reject an article submission for any reason. Articles must be spellchecked and proof read for grammatical errors prior to submitting - Do not submit articles filled with spelling errors and bad grammar.

Do no submit Articles that are improperly formatted i.e. more than one space between paragraphs, indentions, words with a different font size than the rest of the Article.

We do monitor article submissions and we will reject content that doesn't meet this requirement. SIGNATURE BLOCK (Authors Area) You may ONLY post URL's e.g. http://www.yoursite.com in the Authors area of the article block, NOT in the main body of the Article.
Links place in the signature block WILL NOT be hypertext active links unless you use html in the following format:
<a href="http://www.yoursite.com" target="_parent">Your Anchor Text </a>
You can, however, insert links into keywords of the article using the tools provided by this script at the top of the article submission block but you are only allowed three insertions per article.
This is not highly recommended as publishers frown on too many links in one article.

Failure to follow these guidelines can result in your Article(s) being denied and or termination of your account!
