1. SpiderCow Articles Editorial Guidelines: (Qualifications for Content) To Be Qualified For Our Site, Your Article:
a. The articles that you submit must be your own work - You may not submit articles written by other authors and the content must be unique. No rebranded articles allowed, you must be the sole copyright holder for each article you submit. Articles written by a ghost writer are perfectly acceptable as long as they are being used only by you.
b .Article Must Not Be Ripped Off From Public Domains Or Bought. If you hire a ghost writer, you Must have an Exclusive License that allows only your name to be associated with article created for you.
c. Must Not Contain Affiliate Links. d. Must share your own expertise and be informative. Please include tips, strategies, techniques, case-studies, analysis, opinions and commentary in your articles.
d. Must Not be an advertisement, press release, sales letter, promotional copy, or blatant and excessive self-promotion or hype.
e. Must Have proper ENGLISH, spelling, grammar, punctuation, capitalization and sentence structure. Your article must also be proofed and double checked for accuracy.
f. Proper Punctuation: One or two spaces after each period, colon, or semi-colon.
g. Must Not contain pornography/adult material, hate or violence-oriented, suggest racial intolerance, advocate against any individual, have insulting-obscene-degrading tone, or contain excess profanity.
h. Must Not infringe the legal rights of others or contain any content that is a violation of any law.
i. Must Not be a submission of the exact same article as one that you already submitted. Authors who submit the same article multiple time with a few words changed will be rejected and banned.
2. SpiderCow Articles Editorial Guidelines: (Format Of Article)
a. TITLE: Upper and Lower Case Letters with the First Letter of each Major Word Capitalized.
i. Submitted Articles with TITLE in all CAPS, will be changed to "Upper and Lower Caps."
ii. Do NOT end your TITLE with a period.
iii. Refrain from excessive repetitive punctuation in your TITLE. One exclamation "!" or question mark "?" is enough to make a point.
iv. HTML tags in your title are not allowed
v. No spaces before your title. Title must begin at the left of body
vi. Your Author Name or Website are not allowed in your Title.
b. Title Must Have Keywords: Your title should have the top Keywords of Your Article. The first 3-4 words of your TITLE determine the success of your article. Example of a Bad Keyword TITLE: Top 10 Ways To Succeed In Affiliate Programs Example of a Good Keyword TITLE: Affiliate Programs - 10 Pros and Cons
c. Your Article Must Include Your First and Last Name.
i. Your AUTHOR NAME must have a First name and a Last name.
ii. We do allow "First name - Last initial" or "First initial - Last Name."
iii. Your First and Last name must begin with a Capital Letter.
iv. AUTHOR NAME can not be a company name.
v . AUTHOR NAME can not be an email address
vi. We do not allow adjectives or nouns or descriptors to be part of your AUTHOR NAME.
vii. (Dr., MD, DDS, PhD, etc.) may only be used if you hold a doctorate level degree.
viii . Religious Titles may not be placed before or after you Name.
d. ONE author membership account per human i. ALL of the same rules for the FULL AUTHOR NAME above apply to the ALTERNATE AUTHOR NAMES.
e. Article must be a MINIMUM of 200 words and no more than 3,500 words. An ideal article size is 250-700 words.
i. Do not repeat your TITLE and AUTHOR NAME at the top of the ARTICLE BODY. It will be removed
ii. Copyrights must be at the bottom of your article. If you put it at the top of your article, it will be moved. iii. If you sell hard in the ARTICLE BODY by including your URL or product pitch or blatant self-promotion, we will delete your article. The RESOURCE BOX is where you advertise your website address or yourself.
f. Article Active Link: A maximum of 3 Links/Urls, active or inactive are allowed Please try to keep your Links/Urls in the Resource Box.
i. Double check your links before submitting to be sure they work.
ii. You can use HTML code to make your link active
g. Email Links: It is highly recommended including a link to your website. Using your email will cause Spammers to abuse it.
h. Choose the correct Article Category or Sub-Category. Example: Home Business Articles belong in "Home Business" category Internet Business Articles belong in "Internet Business" category
3. SpiderCow Articles Editorial Guidelines: (Affiliate Programs) Your article will be rejected if you promote your Program within your Article.
4. Our service is a free service. We do not have any liabilities on any damage or harm our published articles may cause you.
5. Know and respect that the copyrights of the articles belong to the authors and not to us.
6. Copy or reprint the FULL article as it is shown in the article's page including the "About The Author" section. If you wish to edit the article for grammar or spelling please contact the author to ask permission.
7. Always activate or hyperlink the Links and/or URLs found in the author's bio (About The Author), if the article will be reprinted in a site, blog, forum or any other publication as long as it is online. To reprint and article offline you need to contact the author for permission and include the URL/s in the author's resource box in print.
8. You are not entitled and do not have rights to publish these articles at any warez, porn, mp3, or at any adult sites that all laws on any country finds unlawful.
